Crimson Desert Guides

The problem-solving hub for Crimson Desert players. Every guide here answers a real question players search for, and facts are checked against the current patch.

Crimson Desert is a large open-world action-adventure, and the questions players search for change with every patch. This hub organizes the guides that solve those problems. Pages are grouped by what you are trying to do — start, trade, learn, gear up, fight, or build.

New players should begin with the Beginner Guide for the core loop and first steps, then branch out.

What this site does not publish yet

Best trading routes with specific profit numbers, exhaustive boss/weapon databases, and interactive map products are not published yet. These require current-version testing or very large datasets, and we will add them only when the facts are verifiable — never before.

FAQ

FAQ

Common questions about this topic.

Where should a new player start?

Read the Beginner Guide first. It explains the core loop, first steps and common early mistakes. After that, branch into Trading, Skills or Abyss Gear depending on what you want to do next.

What is the most current trading information?

The Trading and Trading Posts guides follow patch 1.16.00 (and later hotfixes), which overhauled the system with 133 trading posts and new profit logic.

Do you publish boss or weapon tier lists?

Not yet. Tier judgments require current-version testing, and most published 'best weapon' lists conflict with each other. We will add ranked lists only when we can document the testing method.

How are pages updated after patches?

After each official patch we review the affected systems — trading, quests, weapons, builds — and update the related guides, then link each update from the Updates hub.
